About the role

The Deputy Service Center Manager in Tsnori will support the Service Center Manager in delivering optimal banking services to existing and potential customers, driving sales growth and ensuring service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Offer optimal banking services to current and potential customers.
• Monitor and implement planned sales‑growth initiatives and control their execution.
• Achieve individual and monthly targets.
• Support sales growth and attract new customers.
• Control service quality according to defined standards and conduct systematic analysis for improvement.
• Manage, coordinate, control and develop subordinate staff.
• Administer banking documentation and monitor compliance with procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or Audit.
• Minimum three years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services and procedures.
• Understanding of general business principles and service standards.
• Proficiency in Georgian (full), Russian and English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, plan work and meet deadlines.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and emotionally balanced.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
