About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our travel company. The role involves planning, launching, monitoring and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to reach the right audience and maximise ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Research, define and segment target audiences for each product or offer.
- Select appropriate advertising strategies aligned with campaign goals.
- Monitor campaigns daily and perform optimisation to improve performance.
- Analyse campaign results and lead quality, identifying under‑performing ads for timely improvement.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and targeting principles.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns.
- Analytical, result‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
