Content Strategist (Program Lead)

About the role

Simple Life is expanding its Simple Move product and needs a Content Strategist (Program Lead) to design, build, and optimise movement programs. You will translate user insights, product goals, and expert feedback into engaging, data‑driven workout experiences that drive activation, retention, and long‑term renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the LTV product manager to define and execute renewal‑cycle hypotheses.
• Own program quality by selecting principles, concepts, and exercise sets that influence conversion and retention.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring programs are built, loaded, and ready for traffic spikes.
• Convert hypotheses into testable workout experiments: choose exercises, set order, duration, progression, and generate supporting assets using AI tools.
• Develop new programs and iterate on existing ones based on competitor analysis, YouTube performance, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with medical/fitness experts for content review and compliance.
• Track program performance against CR, retention, and renewal targets and feed results back into the hypothesis cycle.
• Work with the Product Content Lead on briefs, priorities, and topic selection.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset treating activation, retention, and LTV as a single funnel.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and content leads on strategy.
• Ability to translate business hypotheses into concrete program designs.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and iterate quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Content Management System (CMS) for program publishing.
• Experience using AI‑based content generation tools to create supporting assets.
