Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale, premium residential projects in the heart of Tbilisi. You will oversee the full construction cycle, ensuring high‑quality delivery, safety compliance, and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of construction: earthworks, foundation, structural assembly, architectural finishing, MEP installation, and external infrastructure.
• Implement QA/QC processes, conduct testing and inspections, and ensure HSE standards are met.
• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project (and Primavera P6 where applicable) and align them with contracts, budgets, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers to create work programs, monitor progress, analyse performance, and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain site productivity and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle construction supervision on premium residential or large industrial projects.
• Hands‑on knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.
• Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and lead multidisciplinary teams.
