Brand Manager – Commercial FMCG Portfolio

About the role

InTrade LLC is seeking a proactive Brand Manager to lead the commercial development of its grocery and confectionery portfolio in Georgia. You will own supplier relationships, purchasing strategy, and brand performance while collaborating closely with marketing and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the assigned portfolio of grocery and confectionery brands and drive its commercial development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, managing communication and negotiations independently.
• Develop purchasing plans and commercial strategies for the assigned brands.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify consumer trends, and explore new business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with local retail chains and coordinate commercial and marketing activities.
• Monitor sales performance across distribution channels and recommend actions to improve results.
• Analyze pricing, margins, stock turnover, and overall brand performance, preparing regular commercial reports.
• Identify causes of overstock or shortages and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain continuous communication with international partners to support brand development and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in brand management, commercial operations, import, category management, purchasing, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Russian.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities to support business decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
