About the role

We are looking for a Business Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and manage our unified analytical system and dashboards. The role focuses on turning raw data into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making across sales, brand performance, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales and performance metrics.
• Evaluate brand and product results.
• Conduct stock and inventory analysis.
• Compare planned versus actual KPIs and provide insights.
• Monitor and analyse KPI trends and forecasts.
• Create management dashboards and reports.
• Integrate multiple data sources and automate reporting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI or Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand business needs.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
