Android Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Middle Android Developer to join our team and help evolve a large‑scale production Android application. You will work with modern Kotlin‑based technologies and collaborate across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android features using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and existing XML screens.
• Integrate REST APIs with Retrofit and OkHttp, and maintain legacy RxJava components while modernising the codebase.
• Work with ViewModels, StateFlow, LiveData, and implement MVVM/Clean Architecture patterns.
• Diagnose bugs, improve performance, write unit tests and increase test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, support releases and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and the Android SDK lifecycle.
• Practical experience with Jetpack Compose and XML layouts, Fragments, View Binding.
• Familiarity with Coroutines, Flow, StateFlow, RxJava and Navigation Component.
• Good debugging, problem‑solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
