About the role

The Business Guide will act as the first point of contact for corporate clients at a branch, helping them discover suitable financial solutions and non‑financial services. You will support customers throughout their journey, ensuring high‑quality service and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and deliver tailored, high‑quality banking services.
• Register new companies and open corporate bank accounts.
• Promote and register TBC’s business product portfolio, including loan offerings.
• Provide consultancy on business loans and guide clients through application processes.
• Inform clients about non‑financial services such as trainings, awards, and forums.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented role, preferably with business clients.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Energetic, people‑oriented, with strong communication and explanation abilities.
• Organised, creative and comfortable using AI tools and modern technologies.
