DX Planning Supervisor Caucasus

About the role

The DX Planning Supervisor will lead the Demand Acceleration agenda across the Caucasus market, turning insights into actionable growth initiatives. Working closely with local sales teams and cross‑functional partners, the role ensures risks are mitigated and opportunities are captured to meet AOP commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize risks and growth opportunities using SOE performance data and PMR/DMR outcomes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of mitigation and acceleration initiatives, assessing business impact and execution feasibility.
• Translate performance signals into concrete plans that close gaps, reduce risks, and unlock incremental growth.
• Drive follow‑up on agreed actions, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Provide market‑specific insights on customers, channels, competitors, and dynamics to inform commercial planning.
• Act as the primary Demand Acceleration partner for sales, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to execute commercial actions, launches, and recovery plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes by feeding frontline insights into planning cycles.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience in commercial planning, sales, category management, revenue growth management, finance, supply chain, business performance management, IBP or similar functions.
