About the role

We are looking for a Business Client Care Expert / Sales professional to manage communication with newly registered business clients in the public register, coordinate their remote onboarding, and actively sell banking products. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate customers, offering tailored solutions, and meeting defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish fast and effective communication with newly registered legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
• Promote bank products and services via telephone and digital channels.
• Coordinate remote onboarding of new business clients using phone and digital banking tools.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate banking products and services.
• Execute remote sales and cross‑sell additional products.
• Activate new clients and ensure delivery of initial banking services.
• Manage the sales process efficiently and update CRM in a timely manner.
• Achieve individual sales plans and KPI targets in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations and service standards.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer interaction, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Experience working with business clients is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
