About the role

Join the Sheraton team in Tbilisi as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be part of a global hospitality brand focused on creating unique moments through attentive service and quality food and beverage offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service throughout the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience (entry‑level).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and perform physical tasks on varied surfaces.
• Professional appearance and communication.
