SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Logistics (SCM) Engineering Manager to lead our global SAP Logistics operations. In this role you will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive strategic initiatives, deliver projects on schedule, and nurture client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a worldwide team of SAP professionals, providing direction for all SAP Logistics activities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top‑performing SAP Logistics talent across multiple locations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluation, career growth, and compensation.
• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance SAP Logistics capabilities and support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design proposals and create project statements of work.
• Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure high‑quality delivery and adherence to project schedules.
• Stay current with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP engineering roles.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management position (e.g., Lead, Manager, Architect, Coordinator).
• Experience managing teams of five or more employees.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle SAP implementations or launching a core product to market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM) with practical implementation experience.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
