Deputy Team Leader / Senior Resident Engineer

About the role

Support the Team Leader in managing construction supervision delivery across roads and highways infrastructure works. This position is part of a project currently at the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage.

Key responsibilities

• Support supervision and site coordination.
• Manage engineers and inspectors.
• Monitor contractor performance.
• Assist with reporting and coordination.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Strong construction supervision experience.
• Roads and infrastructure experience required.
• FIDIC knowledge preferred.
