Deputy Team Leader / Senior Resident Engineer

About the role
Support the Team Leader in managing construction supervision delivery across roads and highways infrastructure works. This position is part of a project currently at the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage.
Key responsibilities
- Support supervision and site coordination.
- Manage engineers and inspectors.
- Monitor contractor performance.
- Assist with reporting and coordination.
Required profile
- Civil Engineering degree.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Strong construction supervision experience.
- Roads and infrastructure experience required.
- FIDIC knowledge preferred.
