Software Testing Manager

About the role

EPAM is looking for an experienced Software Testing Manager to lead its QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet high quality standards and customer expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enforce, and continuously improve quality assurance policies and processes.
• Lead the QA team to set, track, and achieve defined quality targets.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional development and collaboration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of effective team management and successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
