Software Testing Manager

About the role

EPAM is looking for an experienced Software Testing Manager to lead its QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet high quality standards and customer expectations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce quality assurance policies and processes.
• Lead the QA team to set, track and achieve defined quality targets.
• Conduct audits, assess current workflows and recommend improvements.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, development and operations to ensure alignment on quality goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of QA experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.
