Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

The Technical Account Management team at Relativity helps customers achieve their goals and overcome technical challenges while using the Relativity suite. As a Senior Technical Account Manager you will proactively guide customers, develop account strategies, and ensure successful outcomes for key projects and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that leverage the Relativity platform to meet customer objectives.
• Guide resolution of critical incidents and lead technical success plans.
• Maintain service quality, capacity planning, and internal service review meetings.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to improve the product and customer experience.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, support Knowledge‑Centered Support (KCS) processes, and uphold core company values.

Required profile

• Prior experience with Relativity and a Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer engagements and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
