Senior SEO Specialist (Russian-Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, execution‑driven Senior SEO Specialist to accelerate organic growth for a niche tax‑preparation service targeting U.S. expatriates. The role is fully remote and focuses on both traditional search and emerging AI‑driven search (AEO) channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page SEO, content updates, and internal linking to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Create detailed SEO briefs for new and existing content, ensuring alignment with search intent, semantic depth, and clear calls‑to‑action.
• Identify backlink opportunities, run outreach campaigns, and manage link‑building processes.
• Support international SEO initiatives by analyzing performance and testing localization strategies.
• Enhance brand visibility on AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, monitoring AEO metrics.
• Leverage AI tools to automate research, content creation, analysis, and outreach workflows.
• Monitor technical health of the site, conduct indexing and crawling checks, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Track SEO and AEO performance, turning data into actionable insights and regular reports.
• Collaborate closely with the SEO manager, content creators, and broader marketing team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Demonstrated success optimizing for the U.S. market, supported by measurable case studies.
• Experience with AI‑driven search (AEO) and improving brand visibility on AI platforms.
