Senior SecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SecOps Engineer to help build a unified, scalable AI security testing and benchmarking platform. You will work remotely from anywhere in Georgia, collaborating with developers and AppSec teams to simplify security workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a unified AI security testing platform.
• Integrate diverse security services behind an intelligent routing agent.
• Evaluate cost‑effective open‑weight LLMs for AI security testing.
• Benchmark AI security tools for performance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Connect security capabilities across the SDLC using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic approaches.
• Perform dynamic and static application security testing to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security best practices throughout development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in security engineering and development.
• Strong understanding of AI security concepts such as MCP, LLM, and RAG.
• Proficiency in dynamic and static testing methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of application security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for web applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level).
