Senior SAP SRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SRM Consultant to lead the design, build, and maintenance of our Core Retail Platform, focusing on Not‑For‑Resale (NFR) procurement. The role combines functional expertise with technical delivery, ensuring seamless integration of shopping cart, workflow, sourcing, contracts, and HR data.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex changes across the NFR procurement landscape.
• Design, configure, and implement functional and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts.
• Manage HR integration covering organization structure, cost centers, and approval flows.
• Oversee the complete Shopping Cart flow from catalog selection through approval, purchase order, goods receipt, and asset update.
• Support asset creation during accounting and coordinate with project management processes.
• Address special topics such as regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation.
• Ensure high‑quality WRICEF documentation and that specifications are completed before development starts.
• Define testing strategies, coordinate UAT, and secure formal approval for release cut‑over.
• Resolve critical L3 incidents, lead root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Participate in PI and Sprint Planning and guide the team through Agile processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SRM, preferably in retail or NFR environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR integration, product hierarchy, and asset management.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
