Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our Product & Development team building an enterprise‑level iPaaS platform. You will design and implement scalable backend services that enable system integration, workflow automation, and AI/ML capabilities for global enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Ruby on Rails applications.
• Build backend services supporting integration, automation, and AI‑enabled features.
• Write clean, testable code using TDD/BDD practices.
• Optimize complex PostgreSQL queries and ensure database performance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with Ruby and the Rails ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and support scalable web applications.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Solid experience with RSpec and TDD/BDD.
• Good spoken and written English for an international environment.
