Senior Full Stack Developer – Delivery Module Lead

About the role

Mphasis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the Delivery Module team. You will design, build, and migrate high‑performance applications from on‑premise and internal PaaS environments to AWS, while championing best‑in‑class software craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end solutions using Java (Full‑Stack Development), AWS services, Python, Node.js and REST APIs.
• Enhance and maintain existing on‑premise and internal PaaS applications and re‑architect them for AWS.
• Establish and promote TDD/BDD, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
• Design and implement delivery pipelines, automated deployment scripts, and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Docker, OpenShift).
• Collaborate with Agile teams, write front‑end (Angular) and back‑end code, and perform non‑functional testing (performance, load, security, accessibility, usability).

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CodePipeline, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Docker, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC, CI/CD, and Test‑Driven Development.
• Familiarity with application security principles and 12‑factor app design.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
