Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimise our cloud infrastructure. You will lead migration projects, automate workflows, and ensure that our AWS environments are secure, scalable and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications, automating workflows to boost efficiency.
• Migrate workloads to AWS, ensuring seamless transitions while optimising cost and performance.
• Build, secure and monitor AWS cloud environments for customers.
• Drive improvements in Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Provide CI/CD and IaC support to development teams.
• Set up cloud monitoring, performance alerts and cost‑optimisation strategies.
• Oversee full release processes to guarantee smooth deployments and continuous delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing production AWS systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS networking services (VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, Load Balancer, API Gateway, Security Groups).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to implement CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
