Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our cardiac catheterization laboratory. The Cath Lab RN will provide specialized cardiac care, support patients throughout procedures, and collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care before, during and after cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection‑control protocols in a high‑pressure environment.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, technologists, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Assist with patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery throughout procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma, Associate, Bachelor or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license (single‑state or multi‑state compact).
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications at time of hire.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑stress clinical setting.

Required skills

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Clinical knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures.
