Program Manager II – Recovery Operations

About the role

Centene is seeking a Program Manager II to lead Recovery Operations and platform initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage issue resolution, and ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities that improve quality, safety, and cost of care.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and monitor programs across operational, business, and technology teams, facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track recovery inventory, operational performance, and platform initiatives; identify risks and coordinate remediation with BTS and business teams.
• Gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and drive project execution through the full lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on program status, issues, and key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of quality improvement, program management, or project management experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supporting recovery operations, payment integrity, claims or revenue‑cycle functions.
