Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide doctors and other healthcare professionals through a smooth transition into U.S. healthcare organizations. You will act as the primary point of contact from offer acceptance to the first day on the job, ensuring all documentation and administrative steps are completed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for doctors joining U.S. healthcare partners.
• Manage documentation, card issuance, and internal forms for new hires.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition experience.
• Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to continuously improve onboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English (B2+ level) with clear, professional communication.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or recruitment roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A supportive, solution‑focused approach to helping new hires navigate the process.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
