.NET Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for a dynamic .NET Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud‑centric solutions. You will work with global teams and Georgian‑based offices, shaping technology strategies for a variety of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define solution requirements and key use cases.
• Participate in pre‑sale activities such as RFP processing, proposal creation, and client communication.
• Analyze existing applications and IT services to create migration, transformation, and automation roadmaps.
• Design prototypes, produce detailed architecture documents, and establish governance, automation, security, and operational standards.
• Advise on cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise solutions while recommending cost‑control best practices.
• Lead solution implementation from requirements gathering through go‑live, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, audits, and produce comprehensive reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on solution architecture experience.
• Strong development background with .NET; full‑stack experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to guide clients through technical and organizational challenges.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English (B2+/C1).
