Lead Platform Engineer – AWS DevOps

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer with deep DevOps expertise to own and evolve our global EKS clusters and automation platform. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performance cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage EKS clusters and related automations across the global Cloud Hosting team.
• Develop stable code for automation and internal APIs, and write high‑level designs and documentation.
• Participate in on‑call support rota (one week per 2‑3 months) with additional bonus.
• Plan releases, prioritize workloads, and ensure privacy, security, compliance, and high availability.
• Accelerate feature delivery and bug fixes for customers.
• Reduce engineering effort for provisioning, deploying, and maintaining cloud‑based applications and services.
• Collaborate with worldwide teams to improve cloud infrastructure and developer experience.

Required profile

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering or DevOps, with strong AWS or GCP experience.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑centric attitude.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call support.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
