Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join its remote‑first team supporting multiple DTC e‑commerce brands. You will leverage AI‑driven tools to design, automate, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions across a high‑performance e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise AI‑enhanced email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo for one of the company’s brands.
• Set up automated workflows, audience segmentation, and A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with senior team members to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists and segmentation structures to ensure precise targeting.
• Support reporting and analysis of campaign metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage the email marketing calendar to align with brand goals and promotional schedules.
• Work with design and content teams to produce cohesive, on‑brand email assets.
• Design and build email templates and campaign layouts that follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proven track record using Klaviyo for automation, segmentation and campaign creation.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing tasks such as copywriting, predictive analytics or personalisation.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Motivation to grow professionally and deliver measurable results.
