IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the technology function for a hotel, ensuring that all IT systems, networks, and services operate securely, reliably, and efficiently. This role drives technology strategy, supports digital transformation, and partners with hotel leadership to improve operational performance and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee LAN/WAN, servers, network performance, backups, archiving, hardware, software, telecommunications and connectivity.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, network, cybersecurity and user issues.
• Manage IT installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, testing and technology lifecycle activities.
• Lead the Technology Services team and provide support to hotel employees and guests.
• Coordinate with corporate, regional IT, vendors and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Administer IT projects, budgets, licenses, contracts, vendors and technology assets.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton IT standards, cybersecurity policies, GDPR and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, licenses and infrastructure records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IT Manager, Technology Services Manager, Network Administrator or similar supervisory IT role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
