Implementation Analyst – Banking Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead the deployment, training and consulting of Fiserv’s XD Automation banking solution. You will act as the primary liaison between our internal teams and client organizations, guiding projects from kickoff through successful go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute implementation projects, either as part of larger conversions or standalone product installations.
• Provide project oversight, monitor timelines, and resolve critical issues to meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups across Fiserv to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assess client business needs, define requirements, and manage product configuration and updates.
• Conduct validation of configurations, perform connectivity testing, and oversee tenant provisioning and core interface activities.
• Deliver client training, production support during go-live, and post-implementation warranty assistance until handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and coordinate client schedules.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in implementation, consulting or project management within banking or financial-services technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
