Human Resources Manager – Hotel & Spa

About the role

Crystal Hotel & Spa, a 172‑room mountain resort in Bakuriani, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to build a strong team, oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hotel's complete HR function.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, onboarding, and manpower planning for permanent and seasonal staff.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate training, induction, and development programmes.
• Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Work with department heads on staffing requirements and employee development.
• Provide HR data for payroll and attendance.
• Oversee employee welfare, staff accommodation, and related HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with Georgian labour regulations.
• Coordinate visa and work‑permit documentation for international employees.

Required profile

• Previous HR management experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• 5+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with Georgian labour regulations is a plus.
• Experience in training, development, and performance management.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and department heads.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Georgian language skills are an advantage.
