About the role

WST Georgia, a leading Destination Management Company in the Caucasus, is seeking an HR Manager to build, scale, and optimise its growing team. You will work closely with top management to shape the company’s people strategy and drive employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for sales, guides, operations, and administrative roles.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding and adaptation processes.
• Develop HR systems, policies, and internal organisational structure.
• Optimise team performance and foster employee engagement.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership on scaling initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in building teams and implementing processes.
• Fluent in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
• Result‑driven mindset.
