HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR administration. You will maintain accurate employee data, manage time‑tracking, support payroll preparation, and lead internal HR communications in a fully remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee profiles and documentation in Workable, covering onboarding, transfers, terminations and status changes.
• Track working hours, absences and leave records using Uattend, and resolve any discrepancies with managers and employees.
• Consolidate and prepare payroll input data for the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Draft and distribute company‑wide HR announcements, policies, procedural updates and lifecycle events.
• Maintain HR operational databases, generate periodic reports and help optimise workflows, templates and administrative standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of experience in HR administration, operations or payroll support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English (C1+), with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workable.
• Familiarity with time‑tracking systems like Uattend.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of task‑management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
