High-Volume Freelance Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive High‑Volume Freelance Recruiter to source and present candidates for our worldwide openings, with a particular focus on the Georgian market. You will work remotely, leveraging your own networks and sourcing channels to match the right talent with the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for all open positions globally, emphasizing roles in Georgia.
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients and guide them through the selection process.
• Identify the best fit between candidates and roles and effectively sell opportunities.
• Utilize personal sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks.
• Participate in weekly coordination and best‑practice meetings with the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Freelance hiring experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to build or already have a network of candidates for targeted roles.
• Proven sourcing expertise in specific markets.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑based model per successful hire.
