Head of Product Marketing – Payments

About the role

The Head of Product Marketing for GoBTC Pay will own the marketing strategy and drive commercial growth of the Bitcoin‑based payments platform. Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape the brand, define go‑to‑market plans and accelerate merchant and user acquisition across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy, positioning, messaging and value propositions for merchants, partners and end‑users.
• Develop and launch go‑to‑market plans for new regions, features, partnerships and product releases, prioritising opportunities by commercial potential.
• Own the commercial funnel for merchant acquisition and end‑user adoption, working closely with Business Development and Partnerships to boost transaction volume and retention.
• Set marketing KPIs, track performance across acquisition, activation, engagement and revenue, and optimise based on funnel economics.
• Build GoBTC Pay as a trusted global Bitcoin payments brand through co‑marketing, PR, content and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Sales and Operations to align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and business objectives.
• Establish scalable marketing processes, planning frameworks and cross‑functional teams across multiple international markets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, go‑to‑market or marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B2C or fintech products, preferably in payments, merchant acquiring or financial services.
• Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of funnel metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation and retention.
• Experience working closely with Business Development and Partnerships teams.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
