Data Support Specialist

About the role

The Data Support Specialist will ensure accurate enrollment data management for our international healthcare clients. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams, brokers, carriers and vendors to keep data reliable and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.
• Enter, review, and update client information with a high level of accuracy.
• Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.
• Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors to support enrollment activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurately record all communications.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and service‑level expectations.
• Follow established processes, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or database management.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
