Data Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Data Support Specialist to manage enrollment data for our international healthcare clients. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with internal teams, brokers, carriers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.
• Enter, review and update client information with high accuracy.
• Generate enrollment, payroll and operational reports.
• Validate data, identify discrepancies and ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers and vendors to support enrollment activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and record all communications.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and service level agreements.
• Follow established processes, compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Assist with software implementation, testing and ongoing data support.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support or database management.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
