Data Support Specialist

About the role

The Data Support Specialist will ensure accurate enrollment and benefits data across our internal platforms, supporting both internal teams and external partners. Working remotely from anywhere in the Republic of Georgia, you will play a key part in maintaining data integrity for our healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enrollment data within internal systems.
• Enter, review, and update client information with high accuracy.
• Generate enrollment, payroll, and operational reports.
• Validate data, identify discrepancies, and ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, brokers, carriers, and vendors.
• Maintain detailed documentation and record all communications.
• Manage assigned tasks to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Assist with software implementation, testing, and ongoing data support.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or database management.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
