Data and AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior, client‑facing Data and AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced data lake, migration, and semantic data layer solutions, as well as generative AI applications for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end data and AI solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and GenAI platforms.
• Design scalable, secure data lakes, distributed systems and analytics platforms.
• Integrate AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude and other GenAI agents into business workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, data scientists, engineers and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentorship and architectural guidance across multiple project streams.
• Drive data governance, strategy and process improvements to ensure data accuracy, security and compliance.
• Document architectural decisions, workflows and implementation guidelines for enterprise platforms.
• Advise clients on platform decentralisation, operational models and data product protocols.
• Support presales activities, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses and technical assessments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in data and AI architecture, design and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic advisory on data and AI platform evolution.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
