Claims Specialist

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a detail‑oriented Claims Specialist to process and review healthcare insurance claims remotely from the Republic of Georgia. You will ensure claims comply with regulations, resolve discrepancies, and support smooth interactions between providers and U.S. insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare insurance claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies and claim denials, collaborating with providers and insurers to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records of claim activities, payments, follow‑ups, and communications.
• Handle denied claims, identify root causes, and assist with resubmissions or appeals.
• Generate reports on claim status and trends to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and pattern‑recognition skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional English communication at B2+ level.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work within U.S. time zones.
• Familiarity with healthcare claims, billing, or insurance processes is a plus.
