About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand in the beauty and hair‑care space, looking for an experienced AI Video Editor to produce high‑converting user‑generated content (UGC) ads. The role is fully remote and focuses on leveraging advanced AI tools to create performance‑driven video creatives for social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit AI‑generated UGC advertisements.
• Use Claude and Higgsfield as core production tools throughout the creative process.
• Transform briefings into compelling, conversion‑focused video ads.
• Generate, refine, and optimise AI‑powered video content for maximum performance.
• Adapt videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to test, analyse, and improve ad performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a video editor.
• Hands‑on experience with both Claude and Higgsfield.
• Portfolio showcasing work created with these tools.
• Strong understanding of UGC advertising and direct‑response marketing.
• Excellent storytelling, editing, pacing, and creative execution.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain full brand focus.
