AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, build, and deploy robust, scalable AI systems for Fortune‑500 clients. You will work remotely from anywhere in Georgia, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver generative AI models, autonomous agents, and operator‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and launch AI solutions, including generative models and AI agents.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing business and data infrastructures.
• Evaluate and adopt Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks such as LangChain, Flowise, and RAGflow.
• Design data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and indexing, and implement vector databases and semantic search.
• Develop prompt‑engineering, response‑validation, and RLHF mechanisms to ensure trustworthy outputs.
• Architect autonomous, agent‑based solutions and operator‑driven workflows.
• Apply MLOps/DevOps best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Promote responsible AI principles—transparency, fairness, privacy, and ethical data usage.
• Communicate AI strategies to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑grade AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI governance, and reinforcement learning.
