Website Maintenance Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Website Maintenance Project Manager to coordinate website support and development projects. You will collaborate with developers, designers, SEO specialists and QA engineers, manage client communication and ensure timely, quality delivery. The role also involves performing smaller content updates directly through a CMS.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from clients and internal stakeholders, then create clear, well‑structured tasks for cross‑functional teams.
• Define issue description, expected outcome, requirements and acceptance criteria for each task.
• Coordinate development of new website functionality, pages, forms, landing pages and sections.
• Prioritise tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Review completed work, perform basic functional and visual testing, and investigate issues before escalation.
• Maintain professional correspondence with clients in Russian and English.
• Manage projects and tasks in Jira and other internal systems.
• Execute smaller website updates independently via a CMS (editing pages, menus, metadata, images, etc.).
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Account Project Manager, Website Manager or similar role in digital/web development.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including sites, pages, forms, integrations, domains, redirects and responsive layouts.
• Experience working with CMS platforms; familiarity with 1C‑Bitrix or WordPress is a plus.
• Ability to create clear, technically understandable tasks for cross‑functional teams.
• Experience using Jira or comparable task‑management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, independent issue investigation and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken Russian and English.
