User Acquisition Manager (Google Ads, iOS Apps)

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a senior‑level User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale iOS app campaigns across Google Ads channels. You will work remotely with a small, data‑driven marketing team, shaping acquisition strategy for a fintech SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and optimise Google Ads campaigns (UAC, Search, YouTube, DemandGen, PMAX) with a focus on iOS traffic.
• Design, test and optimise app/web/web2app funnels, analysing user journeys and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute A/B and uplift tests to measure incremental impact.
• Analyse raw analytics data, uncover patterns, build hypotheses and defend them to the team.
• Manage creative assets in close collaboration with in‑house motion designers and analytics specialists.
• Own ad budgets, allocating spend based on data‑driven models and business goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience managing large‑scale Google Ads budgets on global markets.
• Successful track record scaling iOS acquisition campaigns and strong knowledge of mobile attribution.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing web2app funnels.
• Deep analytical expertise – comfortable with statistical concepts such as confidence intervals and p‑values.
• Native‑level Russian and professional proficiency in English (B1+).
