Universal Banker – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Universal Banker to deliver professional customer service, promote banking products and ensure accurate transaction processing. The role combines sales, relationship management and operational duties in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive customer service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Promote banking products and services, identify sales opportunities and achieve individual performance targets.
• Open and close bank accounts and deliver current, card, deposit and remote banking services.
• Perform cash and non‑cash banking operations accurately.
• Process customer transactions promptly and complete related documentation.
• Identify potential fraudulent transactions and refer them to the appropriate colleague.
• Maintain customer information, files and documentation securely.
• Complete daily operational documentation in compliance with procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• At least 1 year of relevant customer‑service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Fluent Georgian and good English (both verbal and written); Russian is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working with the Alta software.
• Solid understanding of banking products and services.
• Experience working with legal entities.
