Technical Support Specialist (Monitoring)

About the role

Devexperts works with financial institutions, providing trading platforms, brokerage automation, market data products and IT consulting. It is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Tbilisi who monitors the company's platforms in real time and alerts colleagues and customers to issues.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the Software and Hardware complex running smoothly
• Escalate abnormalities detected by the specialist, monitoring tools or the client to other specialists following the approved escalation protocol
• Communicate with customers about their requests and issue reports

Required profile

• Strong communication and soft skills, sharp attention to detail
• Diligence and quick response to tickets, monitoring alerts, calls, chats and notifications
• Ability to work in a fast-changing context
• Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
• Nice to have: 1+ years of customer support with foreign clients
• Nice to have: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related secondary education

Required skills

• Nice to have: basic IT skills including Unix and Windows at administrator level, good SQL and network technologies
• Nice to have: monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Jira, Confluence and Slack
