IT Operations Specialist

About the role

Pave Bank Georgia, a licensed commercial bank serving corporate clients, is building a modern, technology-driven bank and is looking for an IT Operations Specialist to keep its people and equipment running smoothly. You will own the day-to-day IT operations of the Tbilisi office: buying the right equipment, setting up accounts for new joiners and making sure every device works as it should.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement: source, compare and order hardware, software and licenses in line with budget and internal policies.
• Handle account setup and offboarding: create, configure and remove user accounts, access rights and devices for employees.
• Maintain hardware: set up, troubleshoot, repair and track laptops, monitors, printers, phones and other office equipment.
• Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and escalate issues to vendors when needed.
• Work with Security and other teams so that IT processes follow banking standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English, which is a must.
• Organized, reliable and able to manage several requests at once.
• Nice to have: experience in a bank or another financial institution, and familiarity with IT security practices in a regulated environment.

The position is full-time and based in the Tbilisi office; candidates must not hold another job alongside it.
