Talent Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

aidigital is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead in Tbilisi to lead and develop a team of 5-8 recruiters. The role covers team performance, recruitment process improvement, data-driven monitoring and building a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5-8 recruiters through regular 1:1s, performance reviews and individual development plans.
• Manage workload, motivation and retention, and handle challenging performance situations.
• Improve recruitment processes by finding bottlenecks and applying scalable solutions.
• Monitor recruitment performance and quality with data and metrics to meet hiring goals.
• Organize training, share best practices and build recruitment competencies across the team.
• Drive initiatives such as process automation, new tools, analytics and operational improvements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, People Partners and leadership to align hiring priorities and team capacity with business needs.
• Support complex situations and escalations, balancing the needs of recruiters, hiring managers and the business.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience with strong full-cycle recruitment expertise.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading a team of recruiters.
• Experience in fast-growing, scaling or complex business environments.
• Proven experience in people development, performance management, coaching and handling difficult employee situations.
• Experience with international and/or distributed teams.
• Confident English (B2+/C1), written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of recruitment operations and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience improving processes through optimization, automation, new tools or AI solutions, and better analytics and reporting.
• Ability to identify root causes, think systematically and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong ownership, decision-making and independence in a dynamic environment.
