About the role

As a System Analyst you will work hands‑on analyzing the Care Management HIP application, performing required configuration tasks and supporting production issues as needed.

Key responsibilities

Analyze the Care Management HIP application and its data flows.
Perform configuration work and system adjustments.
Provide production support triage on a need‑basis.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.

Required profile

Good understanding of healthcare processes and terminology.
Reasonable knowledge of Java and backend development.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with databases and care‑management systems.
